Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic region and be able to travel regularly to partner sites throughout the territory. This is a field-based leadership role that requires a strong on-site presence to support operational excellence, coach and develop teams, and build effective partnerships with clinical site leadership.

We’re seeking an experienced Account Operational Executive to lead multi-site healthcare operations across the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic area. In this role, you’ll oversee a team of 10+ Patient Navigators while partnering closely with physician practices, imaging centers, and operational leaders to drive exceptional patient experiences, operational excellence, and continued business growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments and has a proven track record of managing multi-site healthcare operations. You will lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams by overseeing performance, workforce planning, scheduling, timekeeping, and employee development while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement. You’ll optimize workflows, improve patient access and operational efficiency, monitor key performance indicators, and work closely with site managers and physician partners to resolve operational challenges. As a champion of the patient experience, you’ll ensure compassionate, seamless care throughout the patient journey while supporting navigators who assist with imaging, diagnostics, and genetic testing services. You’ll also lead onboarding and ongoing team development in partnership with the National Training Team, promote continuous learning, and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical Leadership, Human Resources, Training, and Account Management to support new site launches, operational transitions, workflow improvements, and strategic growth initiatives across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
