The Rural Health Redesign Center (RHRC) is seeking a Regional Liaison to manage relationships with rural health stakeholders, including providers, community organizations, and state and federal entities. The role involves travel to client locations and events to better understand community needs and to represent RHRC in the field.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a healthcare leader at the Director level, strong rural health knowledge, and familiarity with CMS hospital licensure rules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a health care leader at the Director level or above.
• Strong healthcare knowledge with familiarity with rural health issues and unique financial and operational challenges of rural hospitals.
• General knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation for hospital licensure (CAH, PPS, REH, etc.).
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with rural-relevant stakeholders including healthcare providers, community organizations, and state/federal entities.
• Travel to client locations and relevant events to understand community needs.
• Develop educational materials and resources per RHRC requests.
• Support healthcare providers and rural stakeholders that engage with RHRC services.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and RHRC to identify technical assistance needs.
• Collaborate with Program Directors and project teams to provide technical assistance.
• Oversee regional technical assistance activities.
• Attend virtual meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Travel frequently to client and stakeholder locations to strengthen relationships.
• Establish relationships with State Offices of Rural Health and Flex coordinators in the region.
