Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is seeking a senior field sales leader to manage a regional team of Business Development Managers in the Florida Carolina region. You will drive dealer growth, negotiate with OEM partners, and ensure successful field execution of Mercury growth plans.

The role requires 5–10 years in dealer networks, strong coaching and communication skills, and a track record of delivering revenue and margin results in the marine industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is desired.
• Track record of exceptional sales performance and ability to discover business opportunities.
• 5–10 years working with a dealer organization or equivalent.
• Experience in marine or power sports with dealer knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication; excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of assigned Business Development Managers and ensure strong field execution.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve Mercury growth objectives with BDMs and dealer partners.
• Maintain active field presence with dealers and OEM partners to drive performance and resolve issues.
• Oversee onboarding and hands‑on training of BDMs to ensure readiness and dealer relationships.
• Coach and evaluate BDMs to align with regional performance needs.
• Collaborate with Mercury OEM team and sales leadership on market needs and trends.
• Represent Mercury at national/regional shows and promote products to generate sales opportunities.
