Job summary

Welch's is seeking a dynamic Manager – Regional Sales for the Grocery Channel. You will lead strategic customer relationships with retailers such as HEB, Brookshire, Raley’s, and others to drive Welch's profit and volume aligned with corporate goals.

This role is fully remote from your home office with up to 25% travel. You will forecast, manage P&L, collaborate cross-functionally, and execute launches, pricing, and promotions to grow Welch's market share.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to deliver growth plans and operating plans.
• Identify customer opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to achieve results.
• Develop strategic customer relationships to drive topline and profit goals.
• Provide monthly and annual forecasts.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning for production scheduling.
• Manage trade budgets and customer P&Ls with financial acumen.
• Analyze shopper insights, trends, and competitive strategies.
• Execute retailer forms, online sales info, new item forms, and deductions.
• Maintain updates to internal sales/support systems.
• Coordinate discovery meetings for new growth ideas.
• Lead new item launches, shelving, pricing, and promotions.
