Job summary

Abbott in the Electrophysiology (EP) division seeks a Regional Clinical Affairs Manager to advance heart disease treatment through strategic clinical research leadership across BU technologies. The role accelerates study timelines and expands sites while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

You will build relationships with KOLs, lead new site launches, and mentor staff, contributing to high-quality data and successful product launches across a global footprint.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressively more responsible clinical work experience in the cardiovascular field.
• Recognized nationally as a leader/expert in the field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (may include international travel).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for clinical trial sites; drive patient enrollment and milestones.
• Foster KOL relationships; expand engagements across study committees and congress presentations.
• Manage multi-country relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to ensure cohesive physician clinical experience.
• Lead new site launches and debriefs to accelerate study execution.
• Identify and develop new clinical research sites to support trials.
• Forecast, schedule, and plan territory activities; lead cross-functional projects.
