- Build and lead a high-performing team managing international assignments.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead regional HR operations across total rewards, HRIS, payroll, and international mobility—driving efficient, compliant, and scalable processes that support business growth.
- Design and deliver compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while meeting local requirements and aligning with PALFINGER’s global framework.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll across multiple countries, managing complexity with precision and accountability.
- Champion digital HR solutions by driving adoption of HRIS and employee self-service tools, leading regional system rollouts and change management in partnership with global teams.
- Build and lead a high-performing team while managing international assignments end-to-end, fostering cross-functional collaboration and a culture of excellence.
