Penn Environmental & Remediation, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager, Civil/Site Engineering to lead remote Civil/Site design efforts from New Jersey. The role focuses on client-facing growth, technical leadership, and project execution, with hands-on design and mentoring of junior staff.

Based in the Northeast, you will coordinate with Pennsylvania teams while supporting regional expansion. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, P.E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (P.E. a plus).
• Approximately 8+ years of professional experience (mid- to senior-level).
• Hands-on experience including civil/site design, grading, Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical representative in-market, helping expand presence and win new work.
• Support client relationships and project execution while remaining fully remote.
• Balance client relationships, technical execution, and business development activities.
