Job summary

Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) region is seeking a Regional Application Engineer to support commercial and industrial markets. This remote role requires residing in Littleton, CO, Boise, ID, or Salt Lake City, UT, with no relocation.

You will lead pre-sale technical support for Crouse-Hinds and B-Line products, mentor sales teams, and conduct product seminars to consultants and end users across assigned geographies. Salary ranges reflect market considerations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of seven (7) years of electrical sales and/or electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction engineering, or industrial engineering experience.
No immigration sponsorship; candidates must reside in Littleton, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, or Boise, ID; relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

Lead technical pre-sale application and support for Crouse-Hinds and B-Line series products with consulting firms in assigned geographies.
Provide strategic technical leadership and mentoring in support of the sales teams in the assigned geographies.
Conduct product seminars and training on Crouse-Hinds and B-Line products for consultants, end users, channel partners, and sales engineers.
Develop tools and literature focused on system designers; provide voice-of-customer input for product development.
Provide technical application support on target projects including drawing reviews and sales-pursuit strategies; interface with stakeholders in design and specification of electrical infrastructure systems.
Assist customers with design-build opportunities, specification reviews, lighting audits, and other consultative activities.
