Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience in college admissions or related marketing/sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the College's off-campus recruitment program.
• Manage an extensive travel schedule for an assigned geographic territory.
• Schedule and attend high school and career & technical education center visits and college fairs.
• Develop data-driven recruitment strategies for the territory.
• Coordinate specialized programming for the territory (e.g., regional information sessions).
• Monitor and analyze enrollment data to track progress toward goals.
• Develop and manage recruitment budgets and follow up with prospective students.
