Job summary

Legends is seeking a Regional Accounting Director for the Managed Venues Division. Based remotely with a location in Norwalk, CT, this role partners with VPs of Operations to guide regional financial reporting and performance across approximately 20 venues.

You will oversee balance sheets, ensure US GAAP compliance, lead talent development, and drive finance transformation initiatives while maintaining strict control of confidential information.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in public accounting or financial management.
• Supervisory level or team management experience required.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional accounting and financial reporting, ensuring US GAAP compliance.
• Review P&L and balance sheet for venues twice per year and drive remediation.
• Partner with VPs of Operations and venue DOFs to optimize performance.
• Lead talent sourcing, hiring, and training across venues.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and system implementations.
• Supervise approximately 20 venues with Directors of Finance.
