Job summary

Legends Global in Connecticut is seeking a Regional Accounting Director for the Managed Venues Division, focused on overseeing accounting and financial reporting across the venues within the region. The role partners with VP Finance and VP Operations to deliver accurate analytics and informed business decisions.

This position requires strong leadership, GAAP expertise, and the ability to manage multiple venues with a collaborative, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting from a four-year college or university
• 7-10+ years experience in public accounting and/or financial management
• Supervisory level or team management experience required
• Accounting experience in venue management industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for the regional venues.
• Partner with VP Finance, Operations, and venue DOFs to drive performance.
• Review P&L and balance sheets, ensure US GAAP compliance.
• Lead talent sourcing, hiring, and training across venues.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and system implementations.
