Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment (walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, prep tables).
• Perform preventative maintenance for optimum performance and longevity.
• Document service calls, parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
• Communicate repair plans clearly to customers and ensure EPA compliance.
• Manage truck inventory and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
