Job summary

NORY is hiring a part-time Recruitment Specialist who will own the candidate pipeline for multiple teams. You will source passive candidates, craft outreach, and manage applications across LinkedIn, Indeed, and Ashby.

You will screen candidates and report weekly metrics, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and maintaining a pool of strong candidates for future openings. The role is fully remote, contracted (1099), with 10–20 hours per week and pay ranging from $27 to $37 per

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Ability to write outreach that gets replies with real examples.
• Familiar with at least one modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates and craft tailored outreach.
• Manage inbound applications across LinkedIn, Indeed, and Ashby.
• Conduct first-round screens via phone or video using a structured rubric.
• Track recruiting metrics weekly (source, time-to-screen, pass-through).
• Coordinate scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a warm bench of strong candidates for future openings.
