Job summary

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume recruitment and disaster-response staffing. You will communicate with candidates, prescreen, and assist with onboarding while maintaining accurate records.

The role is remote with an initial 3-day in-person training at the Tampa, FL office. Occasional travel to hiring events and project locations may be required to support recruiting activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or a high-volume candidate-facing environment.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting a high volume of telephone conversations.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective candidates and screen for minimum qualifications.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls, text messages, and candidate inquiries.
• Communicate job requirements, schedules, and next steps clearly to candidates.
• Create and maintain candidate applications in the ATS.
• Enter and update candidate information in recruiting trackers.
• Support candidate hiring and onboarding processes and documentation.
