GET IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ENERGY & AI INFRASTRUCTURE BOOM
Remote / Flexible Opportunities Depending on Position
We are growing — and we're looking for competitive, driven people who want to build a serious career in recruiting.
No recruiting experience?
That's okay.
If you have the drive, competitiveness, communication skills, resilience, and willingness to learn, we'll help teach you the business.
But if you're going to learn recruiting, we believe the industry you choose matters enormously.
And we believe we're sitting in one of the strongest talent markets in the world.
Across many of the power, electrical, field-service, and skilled-trades markets we serve, a massive generation of experienced workers is approaching retirement.
In some of the specialized talent pools we work in, we estimate as much as 60% of the experienced workforce may be approaching retirement age.
Meanwhile, the next generation did not enter many of these trades and technical careers in sufficient numbers to replace them.
Now these industries need MORE skilled people at exactly the time experienced talent is becoming harder to find.
That's an enormous recruiting opportunity.
AI doesn't run on magic.
It runs on data centers.
And data centers run on electricity.
The coming decades could require extraordinary expansion of power and electrical infrastructure as AI, data centers, electrification, manufacturing, automation, and new technologies scale.
Whether the eventual increase is 10X, 50X, or approaches some of the most aggressive long-term visions being discussed, the direction is unmistakable:
And most importantly:
PEOPLE.
Automation and robotics will replace or transform many jobs.
But robots need power.
Factories need electrical infrastructure.
Automation needs installation, commissioning, integration, service, and repair.
And somebody still has to maintain the robots.
Technology isn't eliminating the need for the industries we recruit in.
Technology is creating even more infrastructure that depends on them.
A transformer still has to be installed.
A substation still has to be commissioned.
A generator still has to run.
Critical equipment still has to be serviced.
Electrical failures still have to be repaired.
Data centers still have to stay online.
These are physical, mission-critical industries.
AI and data centers don't replace them.
AI and data centers DEPEND ON them.
Companies across these industries are competing aggressively for experienced people.
Scarcity is driving compensation higher, and some highly specialized technicians in the markets we serve can earn well into six figures depending on specialization, travel, overtime, and responsibility.
When the people you're trying to recruit are that valuable...
The people who know how to FIND and RECRUIT them become valuable too.
You're not joining a recruiting company that suddenly discovered AI and data centers.
We've been building relationships in these industries for approximately two decades.
We've built what we believe is one of the most recognizable specialized recruiting brands in the markets we serve.
Our relationships range from some of the world's largest global and Fortune 5?**? (the text include ????)
We've built a database and professional network of more than 30,000 candidates and industry professionals across North America.
And through thousands of conversations, we've accumulated something incredibly valuable:
WORKFORCE INTELLIGENCE.
We know the companies.
We know the people.
We hear the good, the bad, and the ugly.
We learn why people leave.
We learn why people stay.
We see where compensation is moving.
We understand career paths.
We identify where talent shortages are developing.
Sometimes we know opportunities are coming before they ever become public job openings.
That's a major advantage for the candidates we represent.
And it's a major advantage for YOU as a recruiter learning the business.
You're not starting from zero.
You're stepping into approximately 20 years of relationships, knowledge, data, and market intelligence.
We are hiring recruiters at different experience and ability levels.
Depending on the position, experience, performance, and recruiting model, opportunities may include:
Experienced recruiter?
Great.
Successful salesperson?
We want to talk.
Never recruited before but you're competitive, coachable, resilient, and great with people?
We want to meet you too.
Depending on your recruiting role, you'll have access to:
We want people who are:
Recruiting involves rejection.
You need to be able to hear "no," make another call, and keep moving.
We're looking for people who don't need to chase to perform.
Your career doesn't have to stop at Recruiter.
You're tired of having your income completely disconnected from your performance.
You want to learn a skill that can pay you for decades.
You want flexibility.
You want advancement.
You want to work with successful people.
You want to build relationships and a valuable professional network.
You want your effort to matter.
And most importantly...
You want an opportunity where what YOU put into it can actually change what YOU get out of it.
WE'LL HELP TEACH YOU THE BUSINESS.
THEN LET'S SEE WHAT YOU CAN BUILD.
