IDEAL Industries, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for professional roles across its business units.

In our high-growth environment, you will collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract top talent and deliver an excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate has at least two years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Qualifications

• At least two years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for professional roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple searches.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership roles across multiple units.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates, presenting clear recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations, and candidate communications.
