Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of professional digital publishing or sports media experience.
• Strong editorial instincts and writing ability.
• Knowledge of CMS workflows and platform publishing.
• Familiarity with real-time coverage in fast-paced leagues.

Responsibilities

• Own real-time publishing during games across multiple platforms.
• Identify nightly storylines and elevate coverage.
• Write and optimize copy and multimedia elements per WNBA voice.
• Maintain publishing workflows for QA, scheduling and launches.
• Coordinate with social, marketing and broadcast teams.
• Monitor platform performance and adjust content placement.
