The National Basketball Association (NBA) is seeking a Project Employee, Digital and Social Content Design to join its Social & Digital Content team. You will produce nightly real-time graphics and create story-driven content for NBA social handles to engage fans worldwide.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite, a meticulous design eye, and knowledge of NBA culture are essential. Night shifts and weekend coverage may be required.

Responsabilités

• Produce nightly real-time graphics with a focus on quality and engagement.
• Create graphics and story-driven content for NBA social media handles to promote games and drive engagement.
• Support real-time game coverage by creating and overseeing graphics from the Content Command Center (nights and weekends required).
• Ensure the NBA’s brand voice is consistent across all posts.
• Participate in content planning sessions for the NBA’s social media channels.
• Monitor social media trends and propose fresh ideas to reach new audiences and deepen fan engagement.
• Potentially cover NBA events by publishing behind-the-scenes content to NBA platforms.
