Qualifications

• Fluent in English to include written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of real estate and escrow processes in Texas.
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing 15-20+ transactions at once.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a real estate transaction from writing offers to closing.
• Coordinate and communicate with buyers, sellers, escrow officers, lenders, and appraisers.
• Maintain all transactions in our CRM and SkySlope.
