Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management.
• 5+ years of real estate transaction experience required.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume acquisitions and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement.
• Supervise and train transaction team members.
• Develop and update policies and procedures for transactions.
