A national home-buying company is looking for a Manager of Transaction Management to oversee all real estate transactions, managing both acquisition and disposition deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, experience in real estate transactions, and the ability to lead a team. Responsibilities include managing transactions, supervising coordinators, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a remote role with total compensation ranging from $80,000 to $130,000 annually, including base salary and bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management.
• 5+ years of real estate transaction experience.
• Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions.
• Comfortable holding teams and partners accountable.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement.
• Supervise, train, and manage Transaction Coordinators.
• Develop and update policies and procedures.
• Ensure high quality and accuracy of all listings.
