Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality experience in real estate and/or land use transactions.
• Experience in commercial real estate leasing, commercial purchase agreements, subdivided land sales.
• Familiarity with residential land sales.
• Working understanding of California land use and entitlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in real estate and land use transactions.
• Draft and negotiate leasing agreements and purchase agreements.
• Coordinate with local planning commissions and city councils.
• Participate in firm events and hearings as needed.
