Fennemore, an AM Law 200 firm, seeks an attorney with five plus years’ quality experience in real estate transactions to join our Inland Empire office. The candidate should have strong exposure to commercial real estate leasing, purchasing agreements, subdivided land sales, and land use entitlements.

California Bar membership is required. The firm offers a flexible work environment with the possibility of substantial remote work.

Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an attorney with three plus years’ quality experience in real estate transactions to join our Inland Empire office. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate leasing, commercial purchasing agreements, subdivided land sales, and should be familiar with residential land sales. A working understanding of California land use and entitlement processes is strongly preferred.

California Bar membership, required. Fennemore offers a flexible work environment. A qualified candidate may fill this role on a substantially remote basis.

Compensation: Fennemore’s compensation structure is merit-based and considers experience, location and overall performance. Total expected annual compensation for a third year attorney in this position at 1,850 hours before any objective or subjective bonus awards is expected to be $205,000, of which $165,000 is paid monthly and $10,000 per quarter if minimum hours are hit. Additionally, the firm has an objective bonus system, with the average amount for full-year lawyers exceeding $30,000 in 2025. On top of this, the firm has a subjective bonus system.

Actual compensation varies based on experience, performance, and billable hours. Full compensation and benefits details will be provided to candidates during the hiring process, consistent with applicable pay transparency laws.
