Qualifications

• 2+ years of people-management experience in settlement or transaction management.
• 5+ years of real estate transaction experience.
• Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage real estate transactions from contract through closing.
• Train and manage Transaction Coordinators and Settlement Processors.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and updated as necessary.
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Construction teams.
