Job summary

CDL Labor Logistics seeks a Title Coordinator (Remote) to manage real estate closings for investors, developers, attorneys, and banks from New York and surrounding states. You will prepare proformas and settlement statements, conduct closings, and ensure all clearance and underwriter requirements are met.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, rigorous documentation, and timely client communication. A paralegal certification is a plus, with a preference for 3+ years in the title industry.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial title industry experience, NY, NJ, PA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of real estate title closing procedures and legality.
  • Paralegal Certification is a huge plus!
  • High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for Real Estate Investors, Developers, Attorneys, and Banks.
  • Prepare proformas and Settlement Statements per Lender Closing Instructions.
  • Conduct closings and support during the settlement process.
  • Review title commitments and clearance documents for underwriter requirements.
  • Resolve clearance issues not handled by clearance team.
  • Maintain systems to track milestones per company policy.
  • Prepare completed files for disbursement.
  • Address client requests and parties promptly.
