Potbelly Sandwich Works is seeking a Manager - Real Estate to join our Legal/Real Estate team. This remote US role partners with the Head of Real Estate to optimize analyses, negotiations, and processes for a fast-growing national footprint.

You will identify opportunities, lead external negotiations, and drive strategic initiatives across airport, military development, and franchise real estate ventures. Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience with franchisees and brokers to identify, negotiate, and secure real estate sites.
• Proven track record in real estate analysis, negotiations, or related roles.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Innovative mindset with willingness to explore new solutions.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
