Job summary

You will track landlord construction schedules, maintain portfolio data, and manage Real Estate workflow processes to ensure timely approvals within the Lucernex system. The role requires self-direction, multi-tasking, and strong organizational skills, with opportunities to collaborate with Finance, Market Planning, and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point user
• Experience in Lucernex based Lifecycle Management Tool preferred
• Previous experience in Retail Real Estate
• Results oriented with strong business and financial acumen
• Focus on relentless workflow and process improvements

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and maintaining the site selection process with internal and external partners through Real Estate Committee processes.
• Coordinate construction schedules and monitor project progress with Directors and landlords.
• Sketch site plans for LOIs in collaboration with the Director.
• Coordinate with Directors, market planning, and finance to evaluate site locations.
• Review LOIs with Legal and VP Real Estate and ensure exhibits and dates are correct.
