Nobroker Technology Solutions Private Limited is seeking a remote Sales Executive/Customer Support Executive to identify prospects, establish contact, and develop relationships to drive revenue.

You will conduct outbound calls on leads, follow up regularly, and uphold quality service while meeting targets. Strong English and Hindi, interpersonal and MS-Office skills are essential. Six-day work week with a weekday off.

Qualifications

• Education: 10th/12th/ Diploma or a graduate/postgraduate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Strong interpersonal, numerical and analytical skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
• Outbound calling on data from lead generation and other sources.
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
• Maintains service quality by upholding organisational standards.
• Energetic, well-spoken and eager to close sales deals.
