Rastegar Property Company is seeking a Paralegal to support our legal operations across Texas. This full-time, remote role works directly with attorneys and internal teams on active litigation and real estate matters.

You will manage day-to-day movement of legal matters, coordinate projects from start to finish, handle filings and documentation, and assist with research. Strong organizational skills and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in legal operations, paralegal roles, or legal project management.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures, filings, timelines, and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with attorneys in litigation, real estate, corporate, or related areas.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple matters.
• High discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and move projects forward with minimal oversight.
• Comfort using technology, systems, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day movement of legal matters across the company.
• Coordinate and track legal projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and response timelines for active matters.
• Maintain organized systems for documentation, filings, and matter management.
• Prepare supporting documents, coordinate filings, and ensure timely submissions.
• Review, organize, and maintain legal files, case materials, and contracts.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for attorneys.
