Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.

• Experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of real estate litigation from pleadings to trials.
• Represent clients in property and related civil disputes.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements.
• Coordinate with partners, attorneys, and support staff on case deadlines.
