Placements24 seeks a detail-oriented Remote Real Estate Investment Analyst to join its investment division. You will identify, evaluate, and recommend real estate opportunities across South Africa while working remotely with a distributed team.

The role requires strong financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment with at least 4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis. Proficiency in Excel and data tools is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions.
