Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Property Investment Analyst to join the growing investment team in Welkom. You will evaluate potential acquisitions, perform market research, and develop financial models to support investment decisions.

You will identify lucrative opportunities within the Real State sector and contribute to the strategic direction of the portfolio. The role offers a hybrid work model with opportunities for professional development and certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills for financial modeling and due diligence.
Solid understanding of real estate markets, valuation methods, and investment principles.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
Experience as an Investment Analyst in real estate or related sector preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential property investments.
Develop detailed financial models, including cash flows, IRR, and sensitivity analyses.
Prepare investment committee reports and present findings and recommendations.
Monitor portfolio performance and report market conditions to stakeholders.
Collaborate with acquisitions, legal counsel, and property managers to implement strategies.
