A commercial real estate investment firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Counsel to provide legal support for leasing and asset management. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating agreements, managing tenant disputes, and providing legal guidance. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree, be a member of a state bar, and have 2-3 years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $125,000, along with a discretionary bonus, in a 100% remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior experience in real estate transactions or leasing.
• Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate leases and vendor agreements.
• Manage tenant disputes and enforce agreements.
• Evaluate impacts of tenant defaults and property redevelopments.
