Allcock & Marcus is a full-service real estate law firm representing condominiums in MA, NH, RI, ME & FL. Our team of experienced attorneys is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients, ranging from individual homeowners to large-scale condominium associations.

We are seeking an Attorney to join our fast-growing legal team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and mentoring

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in condominium law is a plus but not required.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assist condominium associations, homeowners, and property management in legal matters.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and contracts.
Provide legal advice and participate in client meetings and consultations.
Attend court hearings and other proceedings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to analyze issues and develop case strategies.
Attend network events.
