The role supports a remote, field-based work style with no office visits and provides optional training to grow your real estate expertise.

Qualifications

• Must hold a real estate license in the state you work.
• Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop and GPS; or willingness to obtain them.
• Willingness to travel within your market and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections.
• Set your own hours and manage your workload.
• Excel at acquiring customers and building relationships with clients.
• No traditional sales pressure, contracts, or closings required.
