Job summary

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant civil litigation experience, preferably in real estate law.
- Trial experience in state or federal bench/jury trials, mediations, and/or arbitrations is a plus.
- Experience in foreclosure defense or representing creditors is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of real estate cases and consumer litigation.
- Consult and represent clients in real estate transactions.
- Prepare and review legal documents, agreements, and pleadings.
