Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D) seeks a Vice President, Public K-12 Practice Leader to build and grow our Public K-12 practice across Florida. This Florida-based, remote role requires statewide travel and leadership in business development, client engagement, and project oversight.

You will drive market leadership, identify opportunities, and strengthen our presence with school districts, superintendents, CFOs, and facilities leaders while partnering with regional teams to deliver successful capital

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, education, planning, engineering, business, real estate, or related field.
10+ years of professional experience in planning, advisory services, owner's representation, program management, or related industries.
Significant experience serving Public K-12 clients in Florida.
Established relationships with Florida school district leaders and decision-makers.
Proven track record in business development and winning new work.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic growth of the Public K-12 practice across Florida.
Build executive-level relationships with school district leaders and facilities executives.
Develop market growth strategies to increase visibility and market share.
Identify trends, funding opportunities, enrollment shifts, and capital planning needs.
Oversee client engagements, pursuit strategy, and project delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
Mentor staff and develop Public K-12 expertise within the region.
Represent B&D through thought leadership, conferences, and industry engagement.
