Job summary

The Minnesota Orchestral Association in Minneapolis seeks a part-time Audience Services Clerk to support ticketing and patron services at Orchestra Hall. You will assist customers, process transactions, and promote the Orchestra's programs with accuracy, courtesy and initiative.

Key duties include maintaining current product and policy information, using Tessitura or equivalent ticketing systems, training colleagues, and assisting management with department projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Background in music and/or the arts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date information about products, services, policies and procedures in sales and service transactions.
• Communicate information accurately to customers by phone, in person or in writing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the ticketing system and daily sales transactions.
• Assist with training and mentoring of other ticketing staff.
• Support Audience Services management with department projects.
