Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or high-growth technology environment.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and improve reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain accounting policies in accordance with US GAAP.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements.
• Analyze accounting implications for complex transactions.
• Lead modernization across reporting processes and controls.
