Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Specialist for its High Net Worth Planning Services team. The role focuses on estate planning, business planning and tax planning strategies, translating complex concepts into advisor-ready recommendations for high-net-worth clients.

With 10+ years of experience and a CFP designation, you will educate, influence, and mentor across the organization, delivering impactful presentations and collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a hybrid office

Qualifications

• 10+ years of client-facing financial planning experience.
• CFP designation.
• Experience delivering educational content and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Influence and collaboration across organizational levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to financial advisors on high net worth planning, including taxation, business succession planning, estate planning, trust administration, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Conduct research, leverage technology, and apply experience to address complex financial planning issues and present appropriate solutions.
• Review and summarize complex estate planning documents and business governance documents.
• Distill complex planning strategies into accessible and actionable recommendations for advisors.
• Identify developments that impact financial planning and inform the organization's strategic direction.
• Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, including at conferences, webinars, and trainings.
• Serve as a mentor to colleagues to develop their financial planning skills.
• All other duties as assigned.
