Qualifications

2+ years as an Order Management Specialist in a complex environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Meticulous and detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Accurately review and process incoming sales orders, including verifying customer details, product configurations, pricing, inventory availability and delivery terms.
Assist in managing inventory locations for efficient organization and retrieval.
Process and consolidate orders to optimize shipping efficiency.
Monitor order progress throughout the fulfillment cycle and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
Maintain and send weekly backlog reports to customers.
Address and resolve customer inquiries via SFDC, ensuring timely resolutions.
Work with sales, product management, operations, logistics, and accounting to ensure smooth order processing.
Manage and route customer inquiries to appropriate teams.
Maintain accurate order information in OMS.
Assist in generating reports on order metrics such as backorders, fulfillment times, and sales trends.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to order processing and fulfillment.
