Job summary

Sol design + consulting, a leader in green building consulting and certification, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead LEED residential multifamily certification efforts and verify green measures during design and construction phases. The role requires meticulous document control and coordination with design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent; or RESNET/BPI Certification.
• 5 years minimum experience working with green building certification.
• Experience with LEED residential multifamily certifications.
• LEED Accredited Professional preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects (40-50) pursuing LEED residential multifamily certification or similar certifications with high quality and client satisfaction.
• Analyze and evaluate sustainable strategies to be implemented in building design.
• Participate in LEED and other green building charrettes with project teams.
• Lead trades training sessions with construction teams.
• Review preliminary drawings and construction documents to ensure sustainable measures are incorporated.
• Perform site inspections to verify green measures during construction, including travel and overnight stays.
• Review and compile documentation packages for green building certification programs.
• Conduct Energy Star envelope and duct leakage tests.
• Support colleagues and clients in our growing business.
