Job summary

Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, is seeking a Talent Sourcer for a 6-month contract to build high-quality pipelines across GO-TO-MARKET teams in North America.

The role focuses on sourcing and screening passive candidates, leveraging AI tools and diverse channels, and partnering with Senior Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to map talent and share market insights that drive hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of the North America SaaS revenue ecosystem.
• Proven track record engaging passive talent and building pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality pipelines across GTM functions, especially Enterprise Sales roles.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, referrals and networks.
• Develop outreach strategies with high response rates and a strong first impression of Pigment.
• Partner with TA Managers and Hiring Leaders to map talent and analyze compensation trends.
• Deliver market intelligence on compensation trends and competitor hiring activity.
• Maintain long-term candidate relationships and ensure a world-class candidate experience.
