Job summary

Groome Industrial Service Group in Redfield, AR is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to lead safety initiatives across our nationwide operations. You will mentor field crews, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires 3+ years in construction EHS, the ability to travel, and certification preferred (OSHA 510). We offer competitive wages ($35/hour), paid time off, health benefits after 60 days, and 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct, full-time EHS experience within construction or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety program development.
• Ability to travel across the US and internationally as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and reinforce safety culture in the workplace.
• Conduct safety meetings and trainings; maintain training records.
• Inspect job sites; mentor workers on EHS compliance.
• Prepare new hires for entry; lead project-specific JHA/HASP drafting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and evaluate program effectiveness.
