Crew2 is seeking a Contact Center Sales Supervisor to lead and develop a team in a contact center. The role oversees daily operations, monitors performance metrics, and drives sales effectiveness while maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities include training, coaching, scheduling, and collaboration with marketing for lead generation. The position supports remote work on Sundays and Mondays and reports to upper management with regular updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of water heater installation industry or related field is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales representatives.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
• Set clear expectations, goals, and performance metrics for the sales team.
• Develop and implement effective training programs for new and existing sales representatives.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to ensure the team is well-informed.
• Monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics.
• Implement strategies to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members.
• Coordinate and manage the work schedule for the sales team.
• Oversee the shift assignments and ensure coverage during operational hours.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to optimize overall workforce efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for customer engagement and lead generation.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Manage and support the team during remote work on Sundays and Mondays.
• Implement strategies to maintain team connectivity and productivity in a remote environment.
• Generate and analyze reports to track individual, individual, and service provider performance.
• Provide regular updates to upper management on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
