You will conduct legal research, draft briefs, take depositions, and assist with trial preparation while working with partners and paralegals. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, strong drafting skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience involving business disputes
• Experience litigating in State and Federal Courts; creditor’s rights and appeals preferred but not required
• Strong skills in drafting motions (TROs, MSJ, discovery) and managing tailored discovery
• Ability to take ownership of cases, work with partners, and mentor junior staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team player with a client-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload across a broad range of commercial litigation matters
• Draft motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs
• Take fact and expert depositions and appear for hearings
• Develop litigation strategy and oversee trial preparation
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and paralegals to advance cases
