Job summary

StratusGrid LLC in the United States seeks a customer-facing operator to turn cloud optimization into a product experience customers can understand and use. You will onboard customers, drive Stratusphere adoption, and partner with delivery, product, engineering, and sales to deliver measurable savings.

This hands-on role requires proactive, highly organized work, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to communicate with executives and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management for B2B SaaS.
• Ability to communicate with C‑suite stakeholders.
• Ability to translate product changes into business value.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting.
• Willingness to travel and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and ongoing program engagement for customers.
• Demonstrate Stratusphere value and enable async use.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Identify friction points and drive process improvements.
• Create customer-facing documentation and playbooks.
• Provide executive-level summaries and health dashboards.
