Unified Group Services in Anderson, IN is hiring a Benefits Plan Configuration Specialist to configure and maintain health plan structures within the WLT adjudication system. The role is full-time, in-office with an optional remote arrangement and standard hours from 8 a.m.

to 5 p.m. You will set up new groups, load PPO fee schedules, calculate DRG pricing, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure plans operate accurately and compliantly.

Qualifications

• Experience with plan building and a health plan claims system.
• Ability to troubleshoot claim processing issues.
• Experience in auditing plan designs and reporting system errors.
• Strong writing skills with proper grammar and structure.
• Knowledge of ACA and ability to stay current on regulatory updates.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal departments.
