Job summary

Trilon is seeking a React Native Engineer to build a field-first mobile experience for field engineers, inspectors, and surveyors. You will own the mobile app end-to-end, including offline workflows, data synchronization, and device integration (GPS, camera).

You will collaborate with the Lead Engineer, AI Engineer, and Senior Product Designer to align with platform architecture and data models, delivering reliable and performant mobile experiences for the field.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in mobile app development.
• Proficient in React Native and TypeScript.
• Experience with offline-first mobile apps.
• Experience with data synchronization and REST APIs.
• Experience with GPS and camera sensor integration.
• Agile, product-driven development environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Develop offline-capable workflows for unreliable connectivity environments.
• Integrate with device capabilities such as GPS and camera.
• Collaborate with backend and AI engineers to support end-to-end workflows and data quality.
• Build and maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines for iOS and Android deployments.
• Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.
