Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking Registered Dietitians (RDNs) to apply their clinical nutrition expertise to AI evaluation. You will create realistic nutrition scenarios and assess AI-generated recommendations for evidence quality, clinical reasoning, and patient safety.

This fully remote, contract role offers flexible hours (minimum 10 hours per week) and weekly Stripe payments. Compensation ranges from $124,800 to $187,200 per year, or $60 to $90 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• RDN credential through CDR with state licensure.
• 2+ years clinical or community practice.
• Strong experience in medical nutrition therapy and nutrition assessment.
• Clear written English and ability to document care reasoning.
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic nutrition scenarios spanning referral through follow-up.
• Develop reference answers explaining the clinical reasoning behind recommendations.
• Evaluate AI-generated nutrition guidance for evidence quality and patient safety.
• Identify recommendations that could be inappropriate or harmful for the patient described.
• Document nutrition-care reasoning for expert review.
